Frequently Asked Questions

What does 1 credit include?

One 15-second chase video in 2K or 4K (4K by default), one of six native formats, no watermark. Pick any of multiple scenes and add a friend’s photo as the cop at no extra cost.

How many credits does a video cost?

A flat 1 credit per video — 2K and 4K, and every format, all cost the same.

Do my credits expire?

No. Unused credits stay in your account forever.

Is there a subscription?

No. We only sell one-time credit packs — you are never charged again after purchase.

What happens if my video fails to generate?

If your submission is rejected or the render fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically — just generate again.

Can I make a video for a friend?

Yes, as long as they’ve agreed to appear. The rider or the cop can both use a friend’s photo. Public figures and minors are not allowed.

When will I receive my credits?

Credits are added to your account immediately after payment succeeds.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are used only to make your video and never to train AI models. Uploads and videos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
