Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Crazy Frog AI collects when you use crazyfrogai.vip, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information — the username and email address you register with (or the basic profile information you share when you use “Sign in with Google”), used to sign you in and manage your account.
- Photos you upload — the rider photo and optional chaser photo you provide to create your video. These are photos of real people’s faces, so treat this section carefully.
- Your videos and order history — the videos generated for you, the options you chose (format, resolution, scene), the credits spent, and the date of each request.
- Credits and payments — your credit balance and purchase records. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Technical information — standard information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to keep the service secure and working.
- Cookies — small files that keep you logged in and remember your settings. You can block cookies in your browser, but you may not be able to sign in or generate videos with them disabled.
Sign in with Google
You can create an account and sign in using your Google Account. When you do, Google shares only your email address, your display name, your profile picture, and a unique account identifier with us. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, location, photos, or any other Google data.
We use this information only to:
- Create and sign you into your Crazy Frog AI account;
- Show your name and picture while you are logged in;
- Send important account and security messages;
- Verify account ownership if you need to recover access.
We never use your Google information for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone. It is kept only while your account remains active.
To remove access: you can revoke Crazy Frog AI’s connection at any time in your Google Account permissions, or email us and we will unlink it for you. Google’s own handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google accounts complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and deliver the videos you order, and to show them in your account history.
- To manage your credits, purchases, and refunds.
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- To enforce our rules — in particular, that you have permission from everyone pictured, and that photos contain no minors or public figures.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and security problems.
Sharing Your Information
We never sell your personal information or your photos. We only share information in these situations:
- Sign-in providers — when you choose “Sign in with Google,” the basic profile information described above is shared between Google and us to log you in.
- Video generation partners — your uploaded photos are sent to the approved technology providers that power our video generation, solely to produce the video you requested. They are not allowed to use your photos for anything else.
- Payment providers — the information needed to complete your purchase, handled entirely by the payment provider.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
Your Photos and Videos
Photos of faces are sensitive, so our rules are simple:
- You confirm that every person in a photo has agreed to appear in the generated video.
- We store your uploads and finished videos so they stay available in your account history.
- You can ask us to delete any or all of your photos and videos at any time by emailing us; once deleted they cannot be recovered.
- You are responsible for how you share the finished videos. Impersonating someone, misleading viewers, or creating unlawful content is prohibited.
Data Retention
We keep your account information (including any Google sign-in information), photos, and videos for as long as your account is active, plus the period needed to comply with legal and payment record-keeping requirements. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your photos and videos and unlink your Google sign-in information within a reasonable processing period, except for records we are required to keep by law.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email your request to the address below and we will respond promptly. You may also close your account at any time.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Uploading photos of minors is expressly prohibited. If we learn that a child’s information or photo has been submitted, we will delete it immediately.
Security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
Our pages link to external platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and example videos open on TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
